What is a virtual card?
A virtual card is a digital payment card with a card number, expiry date, and CVV that you can use for online purchases — no physical card required.
How do I load funds onto my card?
Go to your dashboard, select the card you want to fund, and click "Add Funds". Choose a deposit method and follow the instructions.
Do I need KYC to buy a card?
No. You do not need to upload ID or pass KYC to buy a card. Create an account, verify your email, add funds with crypto and buy any card in the store.
How long does card issuance take?
Most cards are issued instantly. In some cases it may take up to a few minutes depending on the card type.
Can I withdraw my balance?
Yes. Navigate to the Withdraw section of your dashboard, select your withdrawal method, and submit a request for admin approval.
